RSS is a format used to syndicate newly posted online content. After subscribing to a news reader/feed aggregator, you can use RSS Feeds to automatically receive online information including news items, tables of contents, short summaries, blog postings, links to full-text articles, and much more. Web sites that provide RSS Feeds indicate their availability by displaying one of these icons RSS News and  RSS and  XML

How do I read RSS Feeds?
To begin utilizing RSS Feeds, you need a news reader.

There are two types of news readers: Local (on your computer) and Web-based.

Subscribe to your favorite RSS feeds by right-clicking on the icon RSS News and RSS or XML , copying the shortcut and pasting it into your RSS reader.
