Reference Collections

The Reference Department houses the Reference Collection.

Print reference materials are available for patron use when the Reference Room is open. Reference materials may only be used in the Library and in certain instances, e.g. materials used from behind the Reference Desk, it is necessary for patrons to leave an ID to use reference materials.

Most electronic resources are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via remote access. Please inquire at the Reference Desk for policies that apply to electronic resources.

The Reference Librarians in the department are available to guide patrons to information and recommend reference sources. However, librarians are unable to help patrons interpret information gained from sources.

For more help with the Reference Collection or any other questions, please Email a Librarian.
