Dr. Eksioglu's research interests include supply chain optimization, logistics and supply chain management, biomass-to-biofuel supply chain optimization, operations research, and network optimization.

She has published a number of refereed journal papers, book chapters, and conference proceedings. Her research has been published in journals such as IIE Transactions, Computers & Operations Research, European Journal of Operational Research, Computers & Industrial Engineering, etc.
