MSU-Meridian Library
Overview
The Library Services Department at MSU-Meridian supports the teaching, research, and service needs of the faculty, staff, graduate students, and upper level undergraduates enrolled at MSU-Meridian.
The librarian's office is located in room #121, inside the Computer Lab, at the MSU-Meridian campus on the main floor. The librarian is prepared to assist the MSU-Meridian community with library research, reference questions, library research consultations, and bibliographic instruction. The networked lab contains 32 computers, allowing access to the Mississippi State University Libraries' comprehensive website. The Information Portal for Distance Learners also lists additional library resources and services.
Local Collections
Through contractual agreement with Meridian Community College, MSU-Meridian students, staff, and faculty also have access to the local facility at the L.O. Todd Library, Meridian Community College, 910 Highway 19 North. The collection includes over 66,000 books and over 600 periodical subscriptions. Over 12,000 of those books and print journals have been selected by MSU-Meridian faculty in support of the current academic programs and courses offered at the MSU-Meridian campus. Located just across the street from MSU-Meridian, the L.O. Todd Library offers access to the book and journal collection, photocopiers, microcomputers and the Library Learning Commons, helpful library personnel, and free parking.
