How You Can Help
As you probably know, MAGNOLIA is supported solely by funding from the Mississippi state legislature. Please let your local legislative members know what MAGNOLIA project means to your school. This is probably the single most important thing you can do to support MAGNOLIA.
You can also assist in spreading the word about MAGNOLIA. Please be sure to talk to your teachers and encourage them to incorporate the MAGNOLIA products into their teaching. Also, talk to other librarians in your area to be sure they are using MAGNOLIA and encourage them to do so if they are not using these products.
In the future, we will post some sample public service announcements that you can use to publish information about the MAGNOLIA project in your area.

Suggesting Databases
The databases licensed by MAGNOLIA are selected by a committee made up of librarians from each type of library. The committee meets at least once each year to review products.
Feel free to email the Selection Committee (mag-select@library.msstate.edu) if you would like to suggest that MAGNOLIA subscribe to a particular database that you are familiar with.
