Document Delivery

Infotrieve is a fee-based service that allows graduate students, faculty, and research staff to obtain articles from journals not held by MSU Libraries. This service can be much faster than Interlibrary Loan, and Infotrieve also offers Table of Contents and SDI (Selective Dissemination of Information) Alert services.

Although articles obtained from Infotrieve typically cost $35 or more, graduate students are allowed to spend up to $150 per fiscal year on Infotrieve articles, and faculty are allowed $500 per fiscal year. However, by starting your research early, you should be able to get almost all of the articles you need through Interlibrary Loan.

To use Infotrieve, you must first establish an account. To find out more information about this service and to establish an Infotrieve account, visit the Document Delivery Department's website at http://library.msstate.edu/dds/index.asp.
