The Instructional Media Center supports teaching, learning and research at Mississippi State University by providing faculty, staff and students with workshops, one-on-one instruction and access to an open multimedia lab. We provide professional staff and highly-trained lab assistants, state-of-the-art hardware and software, and an environment conducive to individual and group project work.

The IMC also houses the Libraries’ media collection. Check out our extensive collection of videos, DVDs, music CDs, testing materials, books on tape and more.

In addition to the media collection, we provide equipment for checkout, including PC laptops, Mac laptops, LCD projectors, digital cameras, camcorders, overhead projectors, and cassette tape recorders.

Our trained staff is available seven days a week to assist you in equipment or media checkouts, in the design and creation of your projects and presentations, in learning new software, and much more.
