- Begin preparations for Christmas banquet
- ARF VP should reserve ballroom, plan menu, entertainment, etc. for Christmas banquet
Awards committee should begin planning for student awards
NOVEMBER
- Announcements, invitations, and other preparations for Christmas banquet
DECEMBER
- ARF hosts Christmas banquet with student awards, special guests, and entertainment. Pictures and publicity pursuant to the banquet should be done.

APRIL
- Nominating committee selected by the executive board
- President appoints auditing committee
- Spring meeting
