At the June 3 rd 2003 Board Meeting, a Life Membership was established. Any member who makes a gift of at least $300 to the ARF Foundation will be awarded a lifetime membership in ARF.

Other Meetings
* The Men’s Quartet from Faith Baptist Church gave a program of gospelmusic at the ARF Ice Cream social in October 1995.
* The Men of the Master, SPS3(SM)2, First United Methodist Church under the direction of Richard Cole, presented a musical program at the
10thanniversary annual meeting in July 1999.
* On August 20, 1999, the ARF hosted a “Salute to Dr. Harry Simrall” at the Deposit Guaranty National Bank.
* On October 12, 2000, the ARF held a special Fall meeting. Mrs. Pat Fordice, spokesperson for the “Ageless Heroes Program” of Blue Cross/Blue Shield of
Mississippi, was the guest speaker.
* On October 24, 2002, the ARF held a reception/meeting in the John Grisham Room of the Mitchell Memorial Library. Dean Frances Coleman
welcomed everyone and introduced the special guests, Rachel Evans andBetty Crosby Steward. They discussed their new book, “Not Far From The Zinnias.”
* On October 7, 2003, the ARF held a reception/meeting in the John Grisham room of the Mitchell Memorial Library. Dr. Peter Rabideau, Provost and Vice
President for Academic Affairs was the speaker.
