Reserve
The Mitchell Memorial Library Reserve Collection is housed in the Access Services Department located on the second floor of Mitchell Memorial Library. Instructors place supplemental materials on reserve to have them available outside of the classroom. Reserves may be electronic, print, CD/DVD/VHS or artifacts. These materials may be checked out for the amount of time set by the instructor. Non-electronic reserves are accessible any time the Library is open. An MSU ID is required to check out reserve materials. Electronic reserves are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the Library's website. Electronic reserves are password-protected so that only MSU faculty, staff and students are allowed to access the files. The Reserve staff can provide instructors with a link to grant access to their reserves through MyCourses.
NOTICE: All reserve documents are protected under the Copyright Law of the United States (Title 17 U.S. Code) governing the making of photocopies of copyrighted materials. The Reserve staff will manage all needed copyright clearance.
