John C. Shaw is an assistant professor in the Management and Information Systems department at Mississippi State University's College of Business and Industry. He received his Ph.D. in Management from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business, and earned his B.A. in English Literature from Swarthmore College. His research interests include organizational justice, emotions, and personality influences on task and learning performance. He has published articles in the Journal of Applied Psychology and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes.
