Dr. Espinosa received his PhD. in Spanish from Florida International University in 2004. His teaching interests include all levels of Spanish language, as well as Spanish American civilization and literature. His research explores Latin American Cinema and Contemporary Spanish American Literature. He has published the books
CercanÃa de Lezama Lima, Lo que opina el otro, El Peregrino en Comarca Ajena, Indice de la Revista Exilio 1965-1973, Virgilio Piñera en persona y BibliografÃa de Lino Novás Calvo. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the review Encuentro de la Cultura Cubana (Spain).
